Senior Business Systems Analyst - Anaplan

The Hollister Group is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong Anaplan expertise to support financial planning and connected planning initiatives. This position is based in Lexington, Massachusetts and requires collaboration with finance and technology leadership.

The role involves configuring and supporting Anaplan models, troubleshooting system issues, driving the product roadmap, and collaborating with FP&A and finance stakeholders. You will manage full lifecycle design and implementation of Anaplan solutions and ensure data integrity across planning models.

Candidates must hold Anaplan Certified Model Builder and Solution Architect certifications, along with at least three years of hands-on Anaplan experience. Background in finance, accounting, or private equity environments is strongly preferred.
