Solutions Engineer

Codan Limited, through its Kägwerks division, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support mission-critical tactical communications solutions for defense and national security customers. This role serves as the primary pre-sales technical resource, enabling customer engagements through hands-on demonstrations, system validation, and technical consultation.

As part of the Mission Solutions team, you will lead technical demonstrations, evaluations, and proof-of-capability activities in both lab and field environments. You will configure, deploy, and operate rugged communications systems while translating customer operational requirements into effective system configurations using existing product capabilities.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to adapt solutions dynamically during live demonstrations and trials. You will collaborate closely with Systems Engineers to validate configurations, resolve technical constraints, and ensure solutions align with real-world mission requirements.

You will also capture customer feedback, technical observations, and competitive insights to support continuous product improvement. Approximately 50% travel is required to support field engagements, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance is mandatory.
