Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Engage with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to elicit and document business and data flow requirements.
• Solution Design: Translate complex business needs into scalable and technically sound solutions.
• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data interpretation to identify trends and opportunities, supporting critical business initiatives.
• Collaboration: Work across departments to design and implement architecture solutions aligned with corporate strategy.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest industry trends to incorporate best practices and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of experience in solutions analysis or technical program delivery.
• Expertise in business analysis within an Agile framework.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics, including data modeling and interpretation.
• Advanced data visualization skills, with hands-on experience building BI dashboards.
• Experience with Regulatory and Trade Surveillance platforms in capital markets.
• Proficiency in defining data interface specifications for complex trading systems.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.

Preferred

• Familiarity with Nasdaq SMARTS application.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud-based software solutions.
