Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of workflows, system interactions, and business processes to identify needs.
• Create detailed documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, Use Cases, User Stories, and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Work closely with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate requirement translation into system design and functionality.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
• Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments to identify risks and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and best practices for IT application development.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify patterns and extract insights.
• Present findings using advanced data analysis and visualization techniques.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in IT application development projects.
• Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
• Expertise in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
