Responsibilities: Drive Impactful Play-Based Programs

As a Program Manager at LEGO, you’ll spearhead initiatives that empower children and caregivers through play. Your key duties will include:

  • Managing the Prescription for Play program and new global playful parenting initiatives, collaborating with supply chain, procurement, and communications teams.
  • Overseeing project operations, including logistics, contracting, and materials planning for playful learning programs.
  • Supporting the LEGO Playful Learning Museum Network, ensuring alignment with partners like museums and nonprofits.
  • Maintaining budgets exceeding $3M USD and delivering detailed reporting on child/caregiver reach.
  • Partnering with internal teams to amplify program visibility through strategic communication plans.
  • Representing LEGO in virtual and in-person community events with museum professionals.
  • Providing program management support across the Social Responsibility department in the Americas.


Qualifications: What We’re Looking For
