At Craneware, escalating intricate issues to analyst associates and/or software support steerr when appropriate, to assure timely resolution of issues.

Identifying customer training needs, and organise training sessions, to polish customer software knowledge

At Craneware, where necessary, facilitating introductions to assigned customer care partner/account executive to maximise customer dialogue.

Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of internal systems and able to fully document progress, with a view to elevate processes for the SSR staff
