The Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of high‑complexity reporting and analytical solutions supporting operational, compliance, financial, and strategic objectives.
• Independently evaluate, interpret, and validate large‑scale pharmacy claims, benefits, clinical, and customer‑level datasets.
• Lead the development, enhancement, and governance of production reporting deliverables, including dashboards, operational datasets, and Performance Guarantees (PGs) reporting.
• Proactively identify data integrity issues, investigate anomalies, and drive cross‑functional root‑cause resolution.
• Architect new reporting solutions aligned with evolving business requirements and enterprise measurement strategies.
• Advance automation efforts leveraging SQL, Databricks, Power BI, Alteryx, and other analytic tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Serve as a SME (subject matter expert) in pharmacy claims data structures, CCW, PHRMRDS, and downstream reporting impacts.
• Lead or significantly contribute to project‑based initiatives (e.g., reporting modernization, metric framework redesign, new data asset development).
• Translate business needs into well‑defined technical requirements and architect scalable data solutions.
• Partner with IT, Data Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Operations to guarantee alignment and successful execution of reporting strategies.
• Provide clear, well‑structured communication of complex metrics, methodologies, and data definitions to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• construct high‑quality documentation, SOPs, and reporting governance assets.
• Present insights and recommendations directly to senior stakeholders.
• Cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships across Pharmacy Management and enterprise teams.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 plus years of history vital
• Intermediate SQL, Power BI, Excel (Intermediate) history vital
• Power Query / Power Pivot / DAX, Databricks
• CCW (Pharmacy) and PHRMRDS history
• Alteryx (preferred)
• SAS (preferred)

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
