TD Securities US Finance is a part of the wider TD Securities Finance group, as one of the three regional finance groups for the Wholesale Banking segment of TD Bank Group it has a key role in the USA providing aid in financial, management, liquidity, and regulatory reporting. In addition, by its nature as a primary control and aid group in the region, TDS Finance USA provides business information supporting projects and initiatives often as the liaison with the other groups and segments both in the US and Canada but also with the other regions (UK and Singapore).

Specific Accountabilities Include:

  • aid regulatory deliverables associated with TDS and prepare regulatory reports for FRB & US Treasury reporting.

  • aid regulator inquires on reports within scope of responsibilities.

  • aid Governance related tasks/mandate and work closely with Compliance and 1B business partners to understand and satisfy requirements, if needed.

  • Action opportunities to improve and further automate existing processes and reporting within area of responsibility including the use of tools such as Alteryx.
