Key Responsibilities

As an Engineer in Software and Cyber Security, you will:

• Develop Embedded Software: Utilize your expertise in C language to create robust embedded software solutions.
• Integrate AUTOSAR BSW: Configure, integrate, and test AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) and cybersecurity stacks.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with hardware and software vendors to ensure technical solutions align with stakeholder requirements.
• Lead Cybersecurity Initiatives: Collaborate with the global Mahindra cybersecurity team to develop processes, methods, and tools specific to the EV business unit.
• Design Supportive Hardware: Ensure that electronics and hardware designs meet software requirements.
• Continuous Integration Management: Maintain and optimize continuous integration (CI) systems for embedded products.
• Risk Management: Identify risks early in the project lifecycle and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate New Technologies: Assess new tools and technologies to enhance automation and stability within the development environment.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in embedded software development, with at least 3 years focused on AUTOSAR-based software development.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in C programming for embedded systems.
• Familiarity with configuration management and build systems.
• Experience with production support tools and processes.
• Strong understanding of debugging techniques.
• Knowledge of continuous integration pipelines.
